Kristofer Thurecht

Professor Kris Thurecht has appointments at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology and UQ’s Centre for Advanced Imaging where he is the Deputy Director of Imaging Technologies.

Kris’ research focusses on the design and synthesis of architectural polymers applied to molecular imaging and drug delivery in nanomedicine. In collaboration with industry, his research has contributed to development and translation of new agents for detection and treatment of cancer.

Kris is Director of the ARC Research Hub for Advanced Manufacture of Targeted Radiopharmaceuticals.
