AMTAR brings together expertise from industry and research with the aim of positioning Australia as a world-leader in the field of radiopharmaceutical manufacture and innovation.
Our Mission
To address shared industry challenges by developing new technologies and establishing a platform for smart-design, manufacture and quality assurance of targeted radiopharmaceuticals.
Our objectives
- Establish a robust framework for evaluating novel radiopharmaceuticals that strengthens quality assurance of manufactured products.
- Establish new bioengineering processes that allow faster, more efficient manufacturing of radiopharmaceutical end-products
- Develop new analytical tools that will allow more robust evaluation of radiopharmaceuticals at end-stage of production.
- Build new products and technologies that can cement Australia’s reputation as a world-leader in the field of radiopharmaceutical manufacture and innovation.
